The main result of the Touchpoints project is a basic toolkit consisting of highly applicable tools based on the Persuasive by Design model.
All tools aim to support the design of services and products for behaviour change. The tools enable designers to analyze behaviours, motivation, competences, resistance, and perceived thresholds.
The basic toolbox contains our book Designing for Behaviour change (‘Ontwerpen voor Gedragsverandering’), the Persuasive by Design model, and a set of Behavioural Lenses for user analysis, ideation and concept evaluation.
Currently, the toolbox is only available in Dutch, but an English translation is on track. The toolbox can be purchased (at cost) from http://touchpoints-hu.nl/onderzoek/
